Izu Green Matcha
Has a jammy-like smoothness with a very satisfying full cup. Luxury grade style Japanese green tea and Gyokuro gives a light astringent finish.
1.5oz, Green tea
Brew 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder per 1 cup (8 ounces) water at 175 degrees F.
Put the powder into a bowl. Slowly add the hot water.
Whisk with the bamboo whisk in a "w" shape until frothy and well mixed.
