Young Hyson, Green Tea
Hyson was one of the teas enjoyed by early American colonists (it was one of the five teas tossed overboard in Boston Harbor) and drank by Thomas Jefferson at Monticello. This light, fresh green tea produces a green-yellow liquor with a medium body.
