Jam with us!

So, last week we showed you how to make Jam Dressing and many of you wanted the recipe, so here it is!

This is one of our favorite recipes to help us use up that jam in the bottom of the jar...and it is sooooo good!
What you'll need:
1 jar of jam that is almost gone
(you'll need 2 Tablespoons of jam...
and if you don't have jam that is almost gone,
just use some from that new jar!)
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
(or stone ground mustard)
2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
(you can use red wine vinegar too, or lemon juice)
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Put all ingredients into your jam jar and put the lid back on and SHAKE!  When the jelly starts to pull away from your jar, you are finished!

Open and enjoy on a salad tonight!
Don't have salad?  Drizzle it onto your
Steamed or Roasted Veggies
(Broccoli, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Brussle Sprouts, etc)
Also Makes a delicious marinade for chicken and pork!
