Mini Carrot Bundt with a Chai Frosting

Nothing says SPRING more that a delcious carrot cake! We've replaced the water in the original recipe with a 1/2 cup strong steeped tea (you can use a black tea or a rooibos!) Today we used our Carrot Cake tea that is in our April Tea Box this month! We then took some Chai and finley ground it and put it into the frosting to drizzle it on the cake.
