Tea-Infused Butter

Happy Thanksgiving! Today, we went to The Nine on Channel 13 and made some delicious Tea-Infused Butter with our Thanksgiving Blend tea!   Take your favorite tea and put it in a spice blender to chop it fine. You can also use a mortar and pestle to grind the tea up if you'd like. After softening some butter, mix your tea in it and add some "add-ons." Pumpkin Gingerbread Basque Cheesecake

  We love experimenting with our teas, so last week, we tried out a Pumpkin Basque Cheesecake recipe and added our Gingerbread tea leaves for the spice. Several ingredients need to be at room temperature, so get those out several hours before you want to make it.
