These little lemon blueberry cheesecakes are spectacular! They are super easy to make and give your dessert game a total WOW factor! Cut your lemons in half and use a spoon to scoop out the pulp, leaving the skin. Make your graham cracker crust, then your cheesecake filling (your recipe or a box!).
