Take care of you during Self-Care Month!

This month we are not only celebrating Hot Tea Month, but we are giving a nod to Self-Care Month with our Wellness Tea Box, and a special treat - a fun project that takes minutes to make, and will help bring a little "ahhhhh" moment to your day! It is easy to make these Tea Tub / Foot Soaks - See us make these on The Nine with Rebecca!

Take 1/4 cup of either: 

Epsom Salt, Himilayan Salts or Oatmeal

Add 1 Tablespoon of your favorite tea:

We love using our Herbal or Rooibos Teas!  Some suggestions:

Mother's Day, Head Harmony or Chamomile, Lavender Mint.

Mix the ingredients and put them into a large ice tea tea bag and tie shut with a pretty ribbon.

The next time you take a bath or have a foot soak, throw the tea bag into the tub while the water is running and RELAX!!!
